Aida Chamiça is an executive coach specializing in top management, with over 15 years of experience supporting CEOs, board members, and senior leadership teams in transformation and development initiatives. Her approach combines science, international practice, and deep reflection on leadership, creating unique spaces for alignment, clarity, and growth.

She began her career in management consulting after holding a Senior Manager position at Accenture, where she led large-scale change management projects across several industries. Since 2003, she has invested continuously in her professional practice, completing advanced executive coaching programs in leading markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and France.

Author of “Break Heaven: a book for executives who want to reach their next level” and co-author of several publications on leadership and coaching, Aida brings to executive practice a unique combination of methodological rigor, creativity, and international experience.

In her teaching and coaching practice, Aida co-creates with participants contexts of trust and constructive challenge, where leaders gain distance and perspective from their daily reality to observe, reflect, and understand it more deeply through structured techniques and tools. She continuously studies and integrates emerging leadership trends into her work, bringing innovative perspectives that expand leaders’ awareness and enable transformation.

Aida was the first Portuguese coach to achieve the MCC (Master Certified Coach) credential from the International Coaching Federation. She is also a certified Coach Supervisor (ESIA) and holds the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC). Her qualifications include Masterful Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching (USA) and Appreciative Inquiry from the Weatherhead School of Management (USA).
